Incomplete amenities

Not enough amenities in the bathroom, no face towel, no hand towel. Our room door is hard to unlock. Reception service could be improved, I have to pay city tax per day instead of collecting all at once.

the hotel is good, near metro 4 and 13.the breakfast was good.

Hotel reception was good and welcoming. Room was very small for 3 people to stay in. Difficult to walk past the 3rd (additional) bed to get to bathroom. Bathroom had no shower gel in the dispenser and hand soap almost empty too.

I got sick and had to stay in my room 5 hours after the check-out time. The stafff was extremely polite.

It is a good location for getting around Paris being close to Alesia Metro station. Alesia also has excellent places to eat. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and competent.

Family room was very noisy on the first night as it was next to the lift. Staff was very helpful and moved us to another available room but not a family room because they were fully booked. Our toddler had to sleep in a travel cot which was quite small to what she is used to but we had 2 good night sleep (compared to the first sleepless night)! Room very clean but quite small overall. Staff very helpful.

I liked the breakfast program (good food), location, and the cleanliness of the small room. On the negative side, an open window allowed rain in the day before so I had a soaked carpet covered by a baby cot. It was not good.

The staff was very friendly. The area a round was good. You had lots of food and stores in a walking distance. The hotel itself was not recommended. The room was super tiny with stinky sheets.

It was difficult to find staff that was proficient with English, but that's a minor complaint since I didn't learn French before I went there. The room was very basic. No coffee/tea access, no climate control that worked. It was difficult to sleep because the room was hot and no fan was available. Breakfast was mediocre. We ate dinner there one night and the menu was very limited; items on the hotel channel were not on the actual menu. A TV frozen dinner would have been better. They did have a very nice terrace with comfortable seating and the front desk staff were very nice.

Very clean, missing the possibility to have some fresh air in the rooms, dining room and other areas.

This hotel was pretty bare bones. On the Saturday we got there, a party was heard down the hall. I checked it out and was amazed that they were able to get 6 people in one room...read into this comment that the rooms are small. Check in staff was friendly, location was good, easy access to the subway and bus lines which were necessary because of a subway strike. COVID testing nearby.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room itself was average, chipped paint on walls, socket not working, bedside light not working, no handtowel provided. Would recommend for location and cost if you are only planning to sleep there.

The room was clean and quiet, I slept very well. The breakfast was not as good as I expected. The location near the Alesia station was good and the area was ok.

We live in Paris very close to this hotel. We stayed here for a week since we had an emergency in our apartment. It was such a nice stay during a stressful time. The staff was so accommodating to us, our dog, and our needs. The bed, shower, and breakfast are great too!
