hotel was not up to mark as 4 star , parking was limited and horrible. had a family room but got single beds . even toilet were smelly .

Check in was smooth and fast. The room was comfortable and clean . The kitchen area doesn't have a plug for the kettle, which is awkward as you have to plug the kettle in somewhere else. Not very well thought through. Breakfast was very nice with everything you could want! Underground parking is very useful.

Good location. Big rooms and very clean but the mattress is hard rock, very uncomfortable specially if you are staying for a few days. Taking into account the cost of the rooms. For that reason next time I'll look for another place

Nice hotel located close to the central squares. Like having a bath tub. Breakfast was good. Liked the make your own egg station. All the carpets, lobby, hallways and the room are need of replacement.

I stayed here to visit family. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I would have preferred is a proper cup rather than paper cups.

First visit to Nancy. Hotel was very clean, easy access, parking was good. Room (suite) was spacious. Would have likes access to be able to recharge my car. Walking distance to Place Stanislas but a bit far for elderly people to walk. Staff was very friendly and dynamic. Keep it going!

The staff was great: friendly and helpful ! Paul, Damian and all were attentive and helpful … Breakfast was super ! The hotel might need a facelift but the staff fully compensated for that … Location is good and easy access to all points of interest !

Nice hotel for an overnight stay, in a new, somewhat isolated part of Nancy. It's not well-placed for visiting the city, however, good for a stop. A bog downside is that the hotel has very limited parking spaces only and refuse to let you use their secure parking without advance booking. Unfortunately, this option is not given anywhere, so there is no way to know this until you show up and are sent away to the nearby open-air parking of a cinema - not the best place for a car full of luggage! Normally, this wouldn't matter much, but for a hotel like this secure parking is essential.

Good service but the first room we were given smelled like a smoking party happened in it the night before. The staff was awesome and moved us right away. Self parking equaled me paying 10 euros a night. Breakfast was good considering the whole covid issue.

Nice hotel, parking garage very small so good chance to you need to leave your car in the open air parking lot about 3 mins walk from the hotel.
