Great stay! Really nice rooms, they made sure we were adjoining. Friendly competent staff. Great location especially if you come in on the train. Only sorry I didn’t have time for the spa which looked great!

We only had one night here, but they were still able to run our laundry for us. That was quite welcome. And Radison was a lovely place to stay on our journey.

Overall very nice, with the ancient tower in the backyard. We walked around in the night time to the old clock. People were dining in restaurants outside or having drinks in a bar all nice and fun! I loved Rouen and wish we had a longer stay!

An excellent hotel with spacious room and good amenities. It is just a few mins from the train station and walking distance to all of the attractions/restaurants/shopping in Rouen. Highly recommended.

The hotel is so inviting, the staff is friendly and helpful. They tell you all you need to explore the area. It is close to the train station (3 minutes walk). The cathedral and the art museum are very close. The restaurants are nearby and the area is safe.

I spent four nights in this lovely hotel in a superior category room - even switched to a room with a beautiful view of Rouen thanks to the help of Monsieur Quentin at the front desk. From the moment I arrived until my departure, the service was attentive and fast. The amenities were top: I enjoyed a Lomi Lomi massage, a Hammam and sauna in the spa and oysters and a Soufflee in the excellent restaurant. The room was so spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom features a large walk in shower and plenty of space to put your toiletries and make up ( usually my pet peeve in hotels that design bathrooms with only men in mind.) Also enjoyed the large modern TV that allowed for my cellphone to chrome cast my own show’s . Finally, the bar is cozy and elegant. All in all, it was always a pleasure to return to the hotel in the evening or afternoon - they even lent me an excellent umbrella for the frequent Rouen rain. The location is quiet and charming, near a few cathedrals and next to the historical Donjon built in the 13th century, where Joan of Arc was held. A cozy, luxury hotel with excellent service and amenities, I’ll definitely be back to the Radisson Blue!

Most everything was fine with this hotel. the problems we had came from the dining and bar area. Breakfast was included in the room charge. This first evening we ate at the dining room, the food was good, the service was good, but after signing the bill, leaving a decent tip because we enjoyed the service, our waiter told us it wasn't enough because it was going to the hotel staff and not himself. The first morning we came to the breakfast room a little before 10;00 am. We were told in mean way "you have 6 minutes left for breakfast". It was quite a great welcome feeling. The same evening we went to bar to have drinks, 2 "gin tonic". When time came to pay the waiter told me his machine did not work and had me sign on a piece of paper the amount 32 euros.Of course I got no slip.The next evening after dinner this new waiter followed us going out of the dining asking for more money. I thought 15% was reasonable, tips being included in the bill.

Very good service, prompt check in, restaurant service for Dinner was excellent as well as the quality of the food available. Underground car park is a bit tight but I still managed it even in a big 4x4. Couldn't fault anything!
