We saw some bad reviews before reserving, so we were a little worried, but honestly, it was very good. The room was organized and clean—no bed bugs or anything to be concerned about. The view was amazing. The ladies at the reception were very lovely and chatty. I would highly recommend it. The only issue is that you’d need to buy some essentials for the house, like water and toilet paper, but that’s understandable.

If you expect any service, don't. I've found that French hospitality workers don't actually provide hospitality. In fact, they only seem to work 2-3 hours per day. Have 2 adults and 2 kids? You get 4 towels total. Want more towels? 10 Euro, to rent. Think you are going to get room service (fresh towels)? 🤣 They offer room service, but ONLY on the day you check out. So go pay 6-8 Euro to wash your own towels (sheets as well). The French Riviera is wonderful, until you have to go back to your "hotel". I've seen bigger flats and better service in Lebanon 🇱🇧. I'm not sure where French culture gets its hype, that age must have died long ago. You will get better bang for your buck, and people who actually appreciate the business, in any 3rd world country other than France. The French are some of the laziest, inhospitable people I've ever met after 20 years of travel around the world. You aren't a customer, you are a paying employee. And don't forget to read the checkout rules. If you don't wash your own dishes and take out your own garbage... 60 Euros. There is Security here too. Need to sit down in the lobby? Don't use the only 3 plastic chairs around, that's for security. They need to sit to do their jobs, or they are working too hard... on personal calls, watching videos, not even looking for a purpose in life. They are French... Be prepared for an experience in logistics, janitorial service, and wishing you went to the Bahamas with your hard earned money. And get used to receiving a flat "no" with anything you ask for.

WARNING HEALTH HAZARD….. vomit and diarrhea in pool and area left unaddressed. We stayed here with a large family and in theory the idea of the place is great. UNFORTUNATELY, the customer service is terrible. They will not accommodate mistakes with bookings, or reimburse for major inconveniences and delays in sorting out booking mistakes. SECONDLY the pool area has no shade, zero umbrellas. Little kids suffering from Heat exhaustion everyday at the pool. We spend 4 days at the pool and witnessed 2 little kids throw up in and outside of the pool with no staff coming in to address the issue. Today I witnessed a toddler have explosive watery diarrhea all over the pool edge. I alerted the reception and they said that they don’t deal with that. They said to get the pool guy, he was nowhere in sight…… the mom of the child was then given a spray bottle and 2 white hotel towels to clean up the diarrhea with…… she soaked up as much as she could while attending to her toddler who was dripping with diarrhea…… another family started speaking out regarding this and found the pool guy but he did nothing……. No one came to disinfect the area and kids kept on running through dragging the diarrhea into the pool. Several families left including us due ti health concerns and the negligence of the staff. This is beyond dangerous health hazard.
