Service was all around good, the room was cozy, and the fitness room was really nice too.

We love the fact that the hotel is right in the middle of the airport. So convenient to catch flights. Check- in was supposed to be at 1, but they had it as 2, so we had to wait a little bit, but they made yo for it by having an extra little bed set up for our daughter.
Room service even warmed up my daughter's fish sticks since there was no microwave in the room.
We will stay here again if we ever need a quick turnaround in CDG airport.

Room and bathroom were spacious enough and clean. Room was super quiet at all hours. Very conveniently located for train into Paris or elsewhere in France. A great choice for a stopover between destinations.

I love the hotel and stay regularly to and from Paris. On the suggestions side - the breakfast buffet is a real disappointment. Particularly the auto machine coffee! And the staff are super duper efficient to the point of being annoying. Public bathrooms need an upgrade. Awful! Come on, please, some improvements. Thank you.

We stay at the Sheraton CDG every time we go to Paris at least 3-4 times per year. It is really convenient, the service is always great, however it is just really overpriced considering the place is a little run down and not sure that it is "5 star" these days.

Excellent location on the second floor of the airport, little hard to find as it’s not advertised or marked well. Although clean it was very dated, good for when you just arrive, or awaiting a next day departure otherwise I would not recommend. Restaurant menu priced very high, quality of the food not worth the money. Hotel staff friendly and efficient although we had to order room service at the front desk as none of the phones were working.

The only redeeming feature about this hotel is its superb location, PERIOD! Badly in need of a remodel. Indifferent staff. Room condition very tired, tattered curtains, no blinds for the sun so having a runway view is a bit pointless when the sun blinds the view. Bathroom accessories empty or almost empty. Rough feel to sheets (not pure cotton). Uber able to drop you off outside hotel but not pick you up. Staff unable to assist with directions to nearest Uber pick up point. Inaccurate information given out about free WiFi at check in resulting in a phonecall to concierge for assistance and totally different information given for logging on. And so on and so on!!
Hotel needs a complete remodel plus new management. Sheraton is not what it was!
