The location was very good but the rooms were weird the couch was falling apart, the dishwasher too. You have to pay extra for almost everything, even for the bed sheets like its Ryanair or something. And i recomend looking at the rules of the hotel because theres many of the. For example you have to clean the room after your stay or have to pay 90€ extra so they can pay a cleaner to clean after you. To be honest i dont really want to go back.

This place lets ski holiday apartments. The apartments are very basic and compact, if not small, we are currently using a 4 to 6 people accommodation and having a family of five I simply can't imagine an extra person in this space. Bring your own bedding as only basics of pillow and a couple of sheets are provided per person. The kitchenette is small but decent, despite being equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee machine lacks a kettle. Bring one. You are required to clean the apartment after yourselves. On the check in day the reception opens for just two hours, this results in a complete mayhem and an angry crowd of holiday makers. There's a swimming pool available but the water is very cold. There's good access to skiing facilities and there are plenty off small shops, restaurants and equipment hire shops in the town centre nearby. If you're too lazy to walk 15 minutes there's a free bus service to take you to the town centre. The asking price is definitely too high for the standard offered.

Really good place to stay. Very close to ski lift and bus as well. Hotel inside is a bit aged but has got everything you would need from kitchen equipment, decent size parking to hammam (which is free to ese) that we enjoyed every evening. There is a 5min walk to village centre if you want to do some shopping but every morning from 7:30am you can buy fresh baguettes at the reception. Staff was helpful with everything we asked or needed. To get to Pra Loop it takes around 1.5h one way of skiing - depends how good you ski or snowboard. That makes day more interesting as ski pass will let you on all lifts. Overall we really liked it and will definitely come back if we be going back to France.

NOT FOR ONE NIGHT!!! Very long to check in and out, only one person at the desk and one just for giving towels and bedding. Plus they want 300 euro deposit but they don't say it in the booking. Finnally we got the keys, the lady said 3rd floor but not which building so we lost another 20 min. Once you finnally get to the appartment (it is correct size but not very cleaned expecially shower and glasses) you have to make your own bed and there is a bathtub but the water heater is not enough to fill it!!! We decided to go to the spa area and the pool it was freezing cold and full of young kids and mothers yelling. In the morning same thing again unmaking bed folding everything and bringing at reception. For 90 euros really too much work!!

45 quarter meters for 6 people is a joke. Rooms are in poor condition, especially toalet and bathroom. Ski locker 30 cm x 50 cm for 6 people is also much too small... We were here between 18th and 26th Feb and most of the slopes were closed due to lack of snow
