Host Joseph could not do enough for you. From staying up to greet us on arrival (due to late night flight) , providing a kettle and bigger towels when requested and even sharing fresh gigs from his garden. Location is amazing, nice restaurant opposite, supermarket 3 mins walk and beach an additional 3 mins. Rooms refreshed and cleaned everyday at your convenience.

A small family run hotel. The family, very friendly and knowledgeable. Short walking distance to beach. But swimming pool is excellent large and very clean. Will definitely stay here again. The one thing I would recommend for the hotel is that they invest in better coffee, making facilities and perhaps up the quality of the breakfast and charge a bit more which I’m sure everyone would willingly pay. Also lovely garden area around the pool. Excellent Taverna called Sterna Just across the road.

Hotel Kyriaki is our hotel of choice in Chania. The location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach, to a mart, a full service grocery, or the bus stop to Old Town Chania. Our room had a great refrigerator and the air conditioner cooled the room in quick time. The staff of the hotel is like family now - we have stayed there the past 4 years. The new jacuzzi is wonderful and the pool cannot be beat.

The Owner was very friendly and could not do enough for me . The pool area was perfectly clean and you felt safe the whole time of your stay .
The location was wonderful and only a 2 minute walk to the beach so you could go for a swim first thing and then have a coffee at the beach bar . I would definitely recommend 👍

We had the entire facility and all the attention to ourselves! It was very unfortunate for our hosts that a major tour company had to cancel at the last moment. The pool is wonderful, our room we have had for the past 2 years was ready for us again, and our hosts were wonderful as always. This hotel is close to the beach, close to the bus stop for the bus to the harbor - everything is just right. They are almost finished with a lovely jacuzzi which overlooks the pool and the major portion of the property. We will be back next summer!!!

Nice and quiet hotel, very good sized pool and really good sized rooms! Joseph the manager/owner was lovely and helpful, and the hotel is ideally located near a beautiful beach and lots of little shops nearby and a nice restaurant over the road.

Lovely hotel, a little bit dated but very clean and sheets and towel change every day. Manager a lovely man who will oblige anything you ask for, two minutes walk down quiet road to sandy beach with lovely beach bar, 2 beds and umbrella €7 per day and only a few minutes on the bus 21 to Chania town centre with old harbour then 5 mins walk from bus stop. Highly recommend this hotel though if you want a more night life holiday you might find it a bit quiet.

A small friend run hotel with a lovely pool.The staff were very helpful and friendly.The hotel is only a two minute walk to a beautiful beach with other bays within walking distance. The location is excellent for getting into the Venetian harbour of Chania.

We really enjoyed our stay here, Joseph the owner couldn't have been more helpful and This property has a really good sized pool for swimming and to lounge around in a nice quiet area of chania. The property is also just a 200 meters from a local beach there which is equally nice. Will go back again when I get the opportunity.

we were disappointed as it was completely different from photos on the website.
the hotel is located outside of chania far from everything.
there was only one guy to clean the rooms and prepare continental breakfast which was also terrible.
He tried to make his best but it will be out of business soon, as the service does not meet 3 stars hotel.
