I stayed at this property for 13 days. The neighborhood is safe during the day to walk, but at night is unsafe. Best to use taxi’s for getting to tourist spots in Athens. The facility, staff, food, and rooms were spectacular. I really enjoyed my vacation here. The staff at this hotel are the kindest and most service oriented professionals that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for an authentic experience of daily Athenian life this hotel is for you. If you are looking for a manicured resort experience this may not be a good option for you. But for seasoned travelers this is a wonderful place to hang your hat and rest after exploring the sites of Athens.

Great friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic rooftop pool made up for the distance to Parthenon and other sites. Taxis made travel easy and super-efficient metro is also nearby.

Great value for money, friendly staff and clean spacious room, nice bar and good wifi connection, the view from the room was pretty basic but not a really issue

This is terrible place and you can't walk after 6PM in free mind. The first thing taxi driver from airport told me after drop, never ever walk around the hotel since lot of drig addicted and theioves around., felt very unsafe

The hotel is very good. Staff very friendly especially in the bar and cleaners. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety . The pool area was good . The actual location of the hotel isnt that great and can be a bit intimidating which is a real shame. However Taxis and uber are cheap and plentiful so use them especially at night.

We had a comfortable stay, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us. However, the hotel interiors felt a bit dated, and a remodel would greatly enhance the overall experience. Unfortunately, we also encountered issues with the Wi-Fi, which frequently disconnected, making it difficult for us to use our phones or watch a movie on our iPad. Overall, while we enjoyed our time, improvements in these areas would make a big difference.

The hotel was extremely well run. The breakfast was excellent. The pool area was a lovely oasis away from the streets below. Our family room was a very good size and was kept clean and well stocked. The downside was the fact that the surrounding streets are so dirty, so full of homeless and drug users. It is impossible to find a safe route to the hotel from any public transport! Despite really liking the hotel, I would not book it again because of the location.

We stayed at the property for two days. It was perfect for what we needed. The location was a little rough, however it was very close to the hop on hop off tour bus stops. The city itself is very walkable so it wasn’t an issue. The rooms were a little outdated, but again perfect for what we needed. The highlight of the hotel was the rooftop pool / restaurant. The views were STUNNING!

This hotel was generally okay. Cleanliness is OKAY - the carpet seemed dirty. I also hated the glass doors for the bathroom because there wasn't much privacy. It was my first time in Athens, and likely won't stay in this area again. It's not unsafe... but a little dodgy at certain parts especially when walking from the Omonia metro stop.
