This is my go to hotel over the last 15 years every time I’m in HK. The hotel has been refreshed since the last time I came here (around 3 years ago). Expect the same friendly warm greeting and service with clean rooms.

The hotel is situated at a great location, very convenient for public transport. It was a very comfortable stay. The staff are well-trained and efficient. Breakfast is good, and there are a few food options within the hotel premises.

The hotel's location is quite good, about 400 meters from Jordan Station. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and there's a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, comfortable especially since we had our child with us at the time. For the price, it's definitely worth it.

Artsy Hotel, the hotel design is so lovely. Edgy! The location is the best! Near Jordan MRT, Kai Kai Dessert, and many more. There's also 7-Eleven & McDonald's open 24 hours nearby. If I have a chance to visit HK again, I would love to stay at Eaton again. Also, for Hongkong hotel standards, their room is so spacious, enough for a couple of travelers.

We came very early in the morning, although we couldn't check in, the staff offered us to have refreshment at their gym and we went there for a shower 😁. Thank you! The cleanliness is also super. Their towels are very clean & the room has no smell at all. Kudos for Eaton! 😍

The hotel is an amazing stay, from cleanliness and friendliness of staff to how amazing the convenience of having a food hall just down the stairs was. Staff would come clean our room even if we thought we left it too late for the service, everyone was extremely helpful. Really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone.

My partner and I stayed in the newly re-designed rooms and enjoyed it! It was bigger than we expected and felt clean and cozy. The washroom had alot of space for us to put our things and didn't feel tight either. In the room you are given a kettle, instant coffee, and filtered water that is replaced daily when they make your room. All really nice touches. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast and staff were attentive and helpful throughout are entire stay. Location-wise the hotel is conveniently located between two stations that are both less than 10 minute walk away. It is on a side street tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Nathan Road. There is a convenience store right across the street which is nice. Only thing is I wish I had the chance to check out the pool and restaurant! The bar had great amount of cocktails to choose from and lovely atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.
