I love everything about this hotel. Clean, well maintained property. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms with ample of sunlight and stunning view. The neighborhood is very walkable with lots of excellent restaurants and shops nearby. Will definitely stay here again for my next visit.

Centrally located in Sheung Wan close to the MTR station. Many cafés located in the surrounding streets in the morning.
Rooms are larger than most of the same price point in HK, which there only being two rooms per floor.
-Check-in was quick and efficient.
-Gym could be better appointed but it is 24hrs and you can access the space simply with your hotel card.

Front desk reception was polite and welcoming. Detailed in explaining available services/facilities and policies. Property was within walkable distance to the MTR station (Sheung wan) as well as many popular good eateries nearby. Enjoyed the room amenities too( Netflix, filtered water, Nespresso, designer toiletries) room was clean and tidy too! Received a good bottle of wine (VIP) and got an high level with great city view too. Overall pleasant stay here!

this was a really great place to stay for a few days. the other reviews mentioned aging conditions and are correct but none of it affected our stay materially. there was some staining on the couch and curtains. some of the curtains were also off the hooks but it wasn't an issue since they were still movable. everything was well designed and the space was efficiently used. it was very clean and the only issue was the water reservoir for the water filter needed to be rinsed out.
it was also a great location so we were able to walk to a lot of places. would stay there again.

Used to be good. Now it’s fallen from grace. They removed the kitchens and microwaves. The front desk staff are very rude. Don’t even provide water to you anymore.

The room rate we paid for a twenty one day stay through Expedia was nearly double what some other guests were paying.
Though advertised (and experienced through a previous stay) as having a kitchenette with cooking utensils and facilities we were checked into a room with only a microwave and a Nespresso machine - not even an electric kettle. After recognising the error, front desk staff were very helpful and arranged for a stove top to be installed.
Staff were most courteous and helpful throughout our stay.
