Hotel Accommodation Tax (HAT) regulation in Hong Kong

Starting from January 1st 2025, guests who are staying in hotels in Hong Kong are required to pay the HAT at the rate of 3% of the booked room’s price.You will be asked to pay HAT upon check-in. Please note that accepted payment methods may vary in each hotel. You can contact your hotel for more details.

• Facilities fee: HKD 80 per person and includes use of: fitness facilities

• Parcel deliveries will be accepted only for guests in house or up to three days prior to check-in. Any deliveries received before or after a guest's stay will be returned. The property cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods. The storage fee of HK$10 per parcel per day (cash in HKD only) will be applicable.

The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 11:30 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 11:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration. This property does not provide disposable personal items, such as comb, loofah, shaver, nail file, and shoe mitt.
