Per property policy, guests traveling with children under 5 years old and unaccompanied minors under 15 years old must present a notarized permission letter from a parent or guardian. All guests must register upon arrival. No visitors or unregistered guests are allowed on the premises. This property requires that guests have proof that they have stayed within Hong Kong for 7 days prior to check-in. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration. This property does not provide disposable personal items, such as comb, loofah, shaver, nail file, and shoe mitt.
