Lovely sized room with good amenities. Staff answered all questions I asked and provided a 4am car service to the airport as needed. Would’ve liked pool service, but good overall.

2 nd stay here flight canceled due to cyclone good value and comfort so chose to return.
Only issue shower cold and telephone did not work .
Went out to dinner all fixed.

Location is good. Breakfast is good. Room Service was not as good as expected. Need to prompt them for room service and cleaning. Beds and pillows are not comfortable. Flat pillows. Aircon is not adjustable for some reason.

The staffs were friendly and check-in process was smooth. Would definitely visit again and recommend to my friends. Only downside is that the hotel food is super expensive which is expected since it ' s an international brand.
