Food was good. Overall good service for the food staff. Good choices in the budget.
The room was terrible. First I was assigned a last back room which was congested. I requested a different room which I got immediately.
However the view was terrible. I was overlooking some building construction next door. Not worth for a hill station visit.
Also I had paid for superior double room. I was told this is not a double room you get single room with large bad.

Even though the hotel was very comfortable and surrounded by picturesque locations it was a shock to hear from the hotel that my booking is not confirmed. the hotel said that my booking was denied because the rate offered by Hotel.com does not match with their current rate. it took lots of persuasion and logics to allow me stay in the hotel. I am unable to understand as to why it happened since money was debited from my account and I got a confirmation of booking from your end. another point of concern is related to the location of the hotel .it was mentioned in your information on the hotel was that it is just 3.5 KM from the Mall road where as it was about 20 KMs. this was a misinformation causing hardship. I need an explanation on this issue else I will desist from making any reservations thru Hotel.com.
