The hotel is very comfortable. The one who checked me in, she was incredibly friendly and definitely what a reception needs to be. I couldn't notice her name because I was so tired after arriving. But I hope the duty manager could recognizes her and check her shift, because she has done a great job for her hospitality. She suggested me some cool and unique cafes too in bandung, very informative and the hotel is overall very cozy and strategic in terms of location. Love it!

The room is comfortable and clean. Complete compliments in the room. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the room access card, because it is difficult to enter from the outside because the door lock device has difficulty reading the access card.

It's pretty good for the price. It's just a shame that when I stayed I got a room with a room with a less cold AC and a TV that didn't work. But otherwise it was pretty good.

one of the rooms has a flickering light when the sound is loud or noisy as if there is a ghost 🤭🙏🏻 I didn't try breakfast because the event was immediately after dawn running. to access the sate building you have to take a gojek for around 10 thousand when they had a promo. so far it's good and comfortable. but for staying alone, it's a bit scary. the lights are a bit dim.

The room is the right size & lots of space but the AC is really not cold. I complained at 11 am, it was responded to not long after the AC was quite cold. But at half past 1 there was another error, I complained but there was no response. Finally, I slept with the AC only blowing very little air.

friendly hotel staff, close to cihampelas walk, close to minimarket, unfortunately during breakfast the taste of the food was lacking in many ways:
1. The fish still has a slight fishy smell.
2. the black sticky rice porridge is not sweet enough and the coconut milk is not tasty enough (bland).

Hotel is OK, near to Cihampelas walk where there are so many restaurants to eat there. You can go by walk. Bedroom OK but Ac not working need to be service. Head shower not working all spread only in the middle. Overall it is nice to stay in this hotel.
