the noisy sound of motorbikes passing from outside the hotel to entering the room, uncomfortable for sleeping. especially since there are many motorbikes hanging out outside the hotel at night.

Complete facilities, gym, indoor and outdoor play ground, swimming pool, working space. Unfortunately the outdoor playground was hit by rain and got wet and the indoor one was empty, there were no toys at all in it. Every time I go down to the ground floor area, I always smell a corpse, please check. Overall, it's worth it for that price, the food is also worth it

Check in time took almost 1 hour. Then when arriving at the hotel room the room was not tidy, the sheets were not changed and the bathroom was not clean, towels were not available. There was no bathtub as informed in the application.

There are many things that need to be fixed in the management of this hotel, from the minimalist staff, the cleanliness of the linen that really needs to be replaced, toiletries that have to be requested, super dusty corridors, a check-in system that is like a market even though it is labeled 4 stars, breakfast is also haphazard, the elevator can only be used once, just for 1 night, the rest of the time I have to sigh many times for this hotel, there have been many reviews complaining, but it seems like the management is not quick to fix it

slow receptionist, check in from 13.40 to 15.30 when LG happened to be closed, only slow service, many complained that check in was like standing in line for groceries for hours
hot water in the room did not feel hot. clogged sink in the 8th floor room, the elevator was down for about 45 minutes and someone was stuck in the elevator, maintenance was lacking
