The experience of staying here is the best, only the TV model is still a bit outdated (the TV size is not big enough), there is no Netflix et al, the Telkomsel signal is bad, and the wifi is lacking. With shortcomings like that, I am still satisfied overall. From the shower side, it is clean, the hotel area, the parking area, etc. Thank you 😁

So far very kids friendly. The facilities are okay but unfortunately for the room the shampoo and body wash are not refilled, then the windows are not tightly closed so the wife and child do not sleep well, it feels like sleeping next to the Mandalika circuit, many of the tracks are very disturbing. For breakfast, there is not enough fried rice, the rest is quite good for that price.

1. Kids friendly hotel, there is a playground, swimming pool
2. The room AC is cold, the room is clean, comfortable
Bad things:
1. Check in must be at 2 o'clock, so you have to wait a long time when you arrive at the hotel at 1 o'clock
2. You have to pay 25 thousand when you want to borrow plates, bowls, spoons and forks

It's good, but yeah.. Check-in time should really be at 14.00, okay, but customers who come before that time should be registered first, then at 14.00 they will be given the key! Don't open registration until exactly at 14.00, as a result there are only 2 people queuing to check in with the receptionist, as a result there are still queuing at 15.30! Then only 1 of the 3 lifts is functioning, combined with employees carrying trolleys. I don't know.

The receptionist was not friendly at all, I ordered via Traveloka, there was a miss info about the bathtub, then the curt answer was wrong Traveloka, just contact Traveloka, there was no smile, I know it was busy but the curt was very rude. Breakfast? It was only 08.15 and it was all gone, no refill at all, nevermind, never coming here again

1. the room is not soundproof, you can hear the sound from the next room / from outside the hotel.

the noisy sound of motorbikes passing from outside the hotel to entering the room, uncomfortable for sleeping. especially since there are many motorbikes hanging out outside the hotel at night.
