The service and staff are very friendly and helpful. But the sink is clogged so the water overflows, the bathroom size is too small and the shower model does not reflect a 4 star hotel.

comfortable hotel, close to culinary on Jl Sabang and CFD on Jl Thamrin. The staff is very friendly and responsive.
