the location is on the main road, so if friends want to come it's easy, near the Mayapada hotel which is a big building. there is also an elevator, on each floor there is a balcony, for hanging out the smoke area is okay.

The room is not soundproof, so it is difficult to sleep when other guests outside the room are noisy, or the sound from the next room. The security guard is not responsive, we were left to carry our own suitcases when we arrived. The food menu choices are very limited.

the breakfast is delicious. In the first room, the water from the AC was running fast until the water was rolling. the technician came to fix it but it didn't take 30 minutes, it was leaking again, it took a long time to wait for the technician to come, ask me to change the room. got a room at the end near the staff room + all cleaning service equipment so it's noisy please forgive me. the worst thing is that the toilet is broken and you can't defecate, if you urinate you can still do it. I swear I won't come here again.

There is wifi, the bathroom is equipped with hot water, the breakfast menu may be more varied considering that hotels at the same price get a fairly complete breakfast menu, the location is near the airport but a bit far from the city center, if you want to go to the minimarket near the side of the hotel lobby and close by with BCA bank, overall very comfortable and good facilities for this hotel.

Breakfast was disrupted because the staff was unprofessional. Pay more to get breakfast facilities so you don't have to bother going out of the hotel looking for food, even though you were having a delicious meal, the staff actually visited you, claiming that the room's breakfast had already been used. Accusing a room of 3. Visited twice, first to get food, second while eating. Right? Shouldn't there be a staff member on duty before entering the restaurant to check the room numbers? Why don't the staff check again? Even if there is something that needs to be confirmed, wait for the customer to finish breakfast first. Understand your respective job desk. People's mood can be ruined throughout the day by starting the day not well. Everywhere, manners are the most important, whether you are smart, beautiful, handsome no matter what you look like, it is still multiplied by 0 if your manners are squat. 2 staff, 1 woman: looked around when entering, then asked when taking food, 1 man: who came while eating.
