I already ordered a 1 bed room but instead I was given a 2 bed room, the purpose of booking on Traveloka was to avoid getting the one that I ordered but when I got there I got the same thing and it didn't match, where I complained that I couldn't because the rooms were all full, so it was useless to book here with OTS.
I was really disappointed because the sheets used made me itch even more like they hadn't been changed

For the service is very good, strategic location, quite comfortable, the food is quite delicious and for some facilities should be immediately repaired and updated for example the interior of the room and the stability of hot water which is not good. Enthusiasts to stay there are quite a lot, it is very unfortunate if there is no immediate repair and renewal for the Arinas hotel.
