Large hotel. Enough parking space. Receptionists were very helpful and accommodating. Short check-in/check-out time, simple process. Room card key needed to operate elevators. Room was comfortable, with refrigerator and hot water available. Sitting toilet with bidet. Air con worked well. There were swimming pool, fitness center, and spa although I didn't use them. Bar near the lobby opens evening to around midnight. Food was superb! Location was very good with a shopping mall right behind the hotel (need to walk outside for a bit to reach the place). Overall very satisfactory.

The best hotel in Palembang so far. The spacious room combined with great location is awesome. The greatest point is the breakfast. The served Palembang authentic cuisine in very good taste.

There’s still potential here—service could be improved, and the room could be fresher. Overall, it's a decent hotel to stay in, though the price is a bit high compared to other similar, and slightly better, hotels.

Have stayed here quite often, but this time it was a bit disappointing. There were a lot of cracker crumbs on the floor, and there were even pieces of pempek under the bed that were easily accessible by a broom or other cleaning tools.
In terms of food, location, and staff friendliness, Aryaduta is already of good standard. Even this time I arrived at around 12:30 and was immediately given the room key. But maybe because I was in a hurry to make the room available, the housekeeper was less thorough.

The room is dirty, the bed smells and is dirty, it seems like the sheets, blankets and pillow cases have not been changed. The bathroom is also very dirty. Maybe for Arya Duta's advice, they should renovate the room with a new feel, it's been more than 17 years, it seems like the interior is still the same. It's a shame even though it's strategic but now it looks like it's not being maintained.
