A few things didn't like about the hotel is upon check in, the floor was oily from the massage oil from previous guest, toilet has a bit of urine smell, the walls of the room had obvious stains and dirt. And the windows isn't sound proof, you can hear the cars and motorcycles passing by even pass 12am. Despite all those, hotel is 15mins drive to the various mall and the staffs are friendly and helpful.

The hotel looks nice and clean. The front desk was very friendly and tried to give us an upgrade from two twin beds to a single queen/king and they saw we were a couple, however they were fully booked. The room looks clean and nice, but it felt quite obvious someone smoked in the room even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Breakfast was decent, the quality definitely could be better (they were trying to serve burnt waffle). Overall a nice stay, a place to seriously consider if you're on a budget and are in Batam.

The room is Clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Can get quite crowded over the weekend. Didn't try the food there, but looks OK.

Stayed here in 2021 and came back with groups. Customer ssvc was much better last year. Several room and corridor smelled cigarette. Room was a bit dusty. Traffic noise at night was very loud.

Extremely clean and well kept. Location is fantastic, with nearby food restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance. Also for muslim travelers, they have a musollah on the 2nd level.

Very poor breakfast not only quality but also not hygienic enough. Besides breakfast time starts at 07.00 am. We came down at 07.00-07.15 breakfast not even completely ready to serve. The breakfast service was also extremely poor beyond our expectation and staffs are not attentive at all.
