Everything's good, not much to complain about. Room were fantastic, Google Home Hub is a nice addition to the room. Good atmosphere, good food, great service from the staffs, swimming pools were good too. The beach? Well, as we all know that most of beaches in Anyer are not spectacular, just good enough for some beach activities. If I ever go to Anyer again this hotel is definitely on the top of my list.

This hotel very recommended! Room is clean, the view is really good, and there are many places which we can play with kids. About food, please add more variant and fast refill. I need to queue many times till staff refill the food on weekday time. Overall this hotel is really good and will comeback:)

All good experiences overall, but they charged me 2mil for smoke treatment which is not makes sense since I smoked on the balcony of my own room not in the nonsmoking room. They let me free when I complained about the ac leaked almost destroying my electronics devices.

Great experience, the staffs so friendly, when i was check in, the wifi in my room cant connect quickly, i told to the staff in the receptionist but still cant connect then i met the staff in the corridor so i told him, no need much time, the problem was clear...

sesuai bintang. bersih dan helpfull. cocok bawa anak anak kesini. pantainya tidak berombak jadi engga bahaya InsyaAllah. cuma pakai alas kaki karena banyak karang karang. but its oke ga bahaya. fun banget.

Coming at 1pm and fortunately the room was ready. Requested connecting rooms on the top floor and granted. A real family-friendly hotel with activities for kids. Towels were ready by the pool, very convenient. Beach was easily accessible and didnt have any outsiders passing by.
