this hotel is very modern hotel comparing to others in the city which mostly are still local. I like to stay here and always stay in this hotel everytime I come to Lombok. The breakfast is awesome.

I really love this hotel and their services. clean and minimalist style room. comfy bed and sheets. carpets along the corridor were clean and doesn't smell. clean pool, great spa, nice breakfast.

This is the umpteenth time staying at this hotel and in the same room type, Aston Suite, a little input for the standard setup in the bathroom to be maintained, because there was something different on the first day and the next day, there was a lack of hand towels, then from the first few weeks ago staying at this hotel and the same room, the daily mineral water was always lacking, but overall everything was good that's why I always come back and in the same room type, btw room 739 is better than the previous 639. I'll come back next time.

The prayer room on the 2nd floor is being renovated but there is no indication of where to move. Parking is limited. Service is ok, food variety is not much. Overall it is quite comfortable.

I've stayed for 2 nights and extended for 1 night because it was very comfortable. I have a small suggestion, maybe the housekeeping team could be quicker in refilling the mineral water, because from the first day, every room was cleaned and the mineral water was delivered in the afternoon. That's all, everything else was perfect.
