I happened to stay here during fasting, so there was no buffet breakfast, breakfast was delivered to the room, with a menu that had been selected. After choosing, what came was not the one I chose, I tried to confirm it, it turned out that the food I chose was not there or not made. Very sad

for the first time staying at this hotel in Magelang, actually this hotel is okay ... but the first impression in front of the hotel ruined everything ... why ?? the front (in front of the lobby door) and the right side of the lobby (car park)... why is it SO DIRTY ... trash everywhere .. not leaf trash .. but plastic paper bottles etc 🤦🤦 ... even near the lobby glass the floor is very dirty .. my goodness .. when I first arrived I was really shocked .. why is the front of the hotel like this .. so dirty luckily the inside of the lobby is clean and cool .. not dirty like outside ... and the best thing .. the security guards are very good and friendly all from the front to the basement. please really pay attention to the cleanliness of the front of the lobby .. because the hotel looks DIRTY.

I stayed 2 days in this hotel, the hotel is very nice and comfortable, but please fix the bathroom because the water drainage is stagnant and causes the bathroom to be flooded for a long time. For the rest, everything is nice.

1. The ceiling leaked, the AC was on in the middle of the night. This is really bad. 2. The wardrobe door looks like it's going to come off. It's hard to open. 3. The curtains are torn. For standard food. The location is quite central to the city. Thank you.

First experience staying here. Strategic location, adequate facilities, it's just a shame that 2 nights there the room above us was busy every night with the sound of shifting. Breakfast at 8 o'clock was already mostly finished, maybe because it was the holiday season
