we're all so happy stay at Ayana.. this is our second visit..1 night is not enough I think..we would always remember for: - the very very spectacular view of Ocean which we remember all the time.. and nice garden - complimentary upgrade to the nice private pool villa - the nice service from pak Ade our butler - the nice service from loyal employees @ayana, they all know our name, its a plus value for their hospitality - easy access to rock bar cafe - the nice private kubu white sandy beach we'll be back at our next visit..thank you Ayana

We enjoyed holidays with family here, and were very happy with the services and smiling faces during our stay. Breakfast was fantastic. Room was excellent, and we went to the Rock Bar in the sunset, amazing.

Service excellent. We have to go to the airport at 5 am in the morning and the hotel prepare breakfast box for us. Rock bar is awesome. We stay in 5 hotels at Bali for 9days, but Ayana’s food is the best.

Sorry to say. The staffs are not helpful to local tourists, the room is very old fashioned (Ayana Resort Twin Bed) and the food is nothing special. However, the view and Rock Bar cafe is tremendous.

The hotel resort is beautiful and the staff are friendly. A great location and with all the amenities, spa, gym, restaurants, entertainment, and a rock bar along the cliffs overlooking the ocean with beautiful sunset.

I didn't find anything unpleasant about this hotel at all. Everything is good. Really friendly service, very well maintained cleanliness, beautiful environment, really beautiful beaches and views, super complete facilities, lots of food and restaurant choices. Will definitely come back here.

The hotel is exotic with a lot of areas to explore. The breakfast was okay, taste good but limited variants. Building was old but well maintained. Overall great stay!

The room is rather overpriced, stayed there so that we have easier access to Rock Bar, but it turns out that Rock Bar is also overrated. Service is so-so. The food in Unique Bar must be complimented because it is yummy!

Honestly disappointed with Ayana's service! I checked out Monday 11 July 2022 but until I make this review 14 July 2022 my deposit is Rp. 2,000,000 has not been refunded yet, I asked for it back and forth but the response was slow. Ayana's class makes guests go back and forth, please be professional. That's my right, don't make it difficult! Please don't be a thief.

I stayed at Ayana during Eid which must have been really messy, right. Just check in and queue but they work fast like a set. I really like the service at Ayana. Ayananya people are also good pol, and the rooms are also clean. There are also many facilities. I really like staying at Ayana. I will stay again at Ayana ❤.

If you stay here, you have to at least 2 nights to explore all the places in Ayana which is very spacious. Pool, private beach and sunset at the Rock Bar are great.

The ac is broken, I have complained 4 times but haven't responded yet. Until I came to the lobby in a state it was already 11pm. Finally just moved the room. Bathroom door, hard to open. It's also not responding. The electric water heater was also broken. The point is disappointed +.
