a grand old hotel, but poorly maintained. beautiful swimming pool, unfortunately many of the tiles are peeling. the atmosphere is a bit creepy at night π

4 days 3 nights I stayed here to celebrate the new year but in my opinion the bathroom is not good, dirty, smelly. Already complained and indeed fast response only got a room with the same condition. Not in accordance with four star hotels in general.

So I got a hotel for 1.7 because it was New Year's Eve. I was annoyed from the start. I booked a junior suite and was given a superior room on the 3rd floor. When I entered the room, the lady followed me because she made a mistake and told me to go back to the lobby and wait. Did you wait for the correct key and the 3rd floor again? Why didn't you bring the stone key when you followed me? And in the junior suite room, all my hopes were shattered. The drinking water was small, only coffee and tea were given. There was no spoon, the bathroom only had a brush without a glass, etc. There was an animal in the bathroom and I was shocked when I took a shower. The water was like taking a shower, like queuing for basic necessities, it took soooooo long, the debit was soooooo small. I will blacklist this when I go to Bali every month πππ sorry I have to be honest so I don't get too excited paying 1.7 million

Dapet kasur twin, keduanya ga ada sprei. Kalo ga salah ga ada handuk juga, apalagi sabun dan lain-lain. Interior nya lawas. Tapi tampilan luar nya bagus.

I was very hesitant to stay here because I read all the horror reviews. Just because I couldn't refund, I finally came up with all the guts ...> < It's just because the hotel is old, the toilet is crusty and there are some porous furniture ... Not disturbing at all.

The condition of the hotel is not clean. the condition of the furniture is already broken. Many rooms are not functioning. the breakfast menu is very disappointing. Really not. 2 nights stay towels are not replaced, if requested to be replaced there will be an additional charge. To my knowledge and experience if staying more than one night, then the towels will be replaced.

The hotel management manager is ugly, we ordered a double type of bed given a single he said only tomorrow even though my booking was clearly a 2 bed room, ugly telephone facilities could not. When a complaint is thrown out, There is a 2-temple user admit. Locks are hard to open, spooky hotel. Do not stay here.

When checking in to see a hotel that is not clean and not maintained, the receptionist is quite friendly. When I was escorted to my room along the dirty and smelly hallway. When entering the room looks unkempt room, old-fashioned and smelly. So I decided to check-out right away because I wanted a family vacation. So I canceled staying at this hotel.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Lack of lighting, stains everywhere, old hotel with poor maintenance, pool is very dirty! I book at this hotel where on the first day we were given a room at the front of the street, the room was dirty, full of stains on the mattress, the walls and bathroom urine. On the second day we asked to move rooms, also not better than the first room, the bathroom was full of small leeches and very dirty. Then the breakfast was not as we expected. Very unnatural this hotel is a four star hotel. On the second day we were not given breakfast because he said the chef's hands were burned and we were not given anything. Very very disappointed with the service in this poorly maintained hotel.
