Sometimes the bathroom floor is slippery and sometimes there is only 1 towel in the room (even though there are 2 guests) sometimes there are none in the room so we have to go downstairs to ask for a towel.

It's really great, there is a receptionist who stays 24 hours so if there's anything it's easy, they're given a welcome snack, the TV is on, the hot water works, the toiletries are okay + the shampoo is in a bottle, not in sachets, next time you need to go to Karawaci stay here again .

Wifi is pretty good, the receptionist is friendly, but the theme and rooms are narrow, there is no hot water and the mattress is soft but a little dirty.

The sanitary equipment is complete, clean, you get snacks too. The rooms are according to the price, small. Overall I give a value of 8 from a range of 0-10. Tks barada rooms.
