From the beginning, check-in arrived, very good service, very professional, spacious rooms, very comfortable. Beautiful cool garden view in the morning this hotel cares about the environment, drink not use plastic bottles. Get a goodie bag and a place to drink for keepsake ah really happy. Feeling you can get free souvenirs hehe, don't choose wrongly stay in Bhuwana Ubud. Love it

Great place to stay. The room was pretty spacious including bathtub in bathroom. The place pretty quite great place for enjoying ogoh ogoh and nyepi. And the staff was so friendly.

Very happy to be able to stay here, the service is very friendly, the owner is kind, very friendly. Hopefully next year Covid has ended, so you can stay there again, invite all of your siblings and nephews. try the spa, it's very tasty, I asked for breakfast to be delivered to the room, and it was really fast 👍😊😎

The hotel room is spacious, clean, well-maintained, the bathroom is also clean and fragrant, the breakfast is ala carte, the location is a little in from the highway, the service is good. Overall the hotel is nice but rather quiet. In the lobby it is lacking lighting when the night is dim. This hotel is suitable for those seeking peace.

- old hotel but still well maintained (7/10). - the first time I am a hotelier and traveling, this hotel has the label of MUI (HALAL) in the menu / compendium of rooms (10/10). - strategic location if in the Ubud area (9/10). - If you have ever played in the garden, it is very suitable because you will see plants that are reminiscent of our childhood (nostalgia) if lucky, can eat from the tree (10/10). - friendly and well trained employees (7/10) - there is 1 swimming pool, but 2 are divided for children - / + 50cm and adults - / + 1 meter (9/10) - a la carte breakfast menu (8/10) SENTIMENT COMMENT : - The air conditioner is not cold enough with the size of the room quite large, so have to wait a few hours to reach cold. - activities / facilities are not explained at the time of check in, so we must actively ask. OVERALL 8/10

A pleasant experience staying at Bhuwana Ubud. We arrived earlier than check-in hours and at that time we were allowed to check-in to the room. Like other accommodations we were given a welcome drink, but the welcome drink was different, which was usually orange juice but here we were given like very sweet ice sugar. Actually we booked a room downstairs because we brought a small child but we were given a room on the upper floor with the reason the room was on the floor, but it's okay we try. the room is spacious and clean, only minus a hair dryer and bathrobe. The hotel also provides several activities for guests to stay in, such as cycling, picking garden products in the hotel, making some handicrafts using coconut leaves and others, free afternoon tea is available here, but unfortunately we didn't try it. For breakfast menu options vary, ranging from Asia to Western. Lunch and dinner menu choices are also quite a lot, and the most important is the non-set menu. Here there is also a choice of menus for vegetarians and some of the raw materials used come from their gardens in the hotel. For the atmosphere of this hotel is very comfortable because many are surrounded by shady trees, the staff is also very helpful. When we checked out when they saw us carrying goods from a distance, they ran to bring our things. For information they also have aquaphonic and hydrophonic plantations which I have explained earlier, the results of the garden are used for their cooking menu. Hopefully the next time when visiting Ubud I and my family can stay again at the Buddhist temple.

Once in the lobby the service of the employees is friendly. When going to sleep I could see cockroaches and crickets in the room. The good shape of the landscape is that plants and trees are not neatly arranged in the forest. WiFi facilities need to be improved because the speed is slow. Food at the buffet breakfast is good. Housekeeping service is not satisfactory. When I want to check, the cobra snake crossed.

For cockroaches and crickets we have pest control officers who routinely carry out checks so that insects do not enter the room. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Regarding the cobra, we are still in the arrangement of the garden and the state of the garden is still very natural. But any snake or dangerous animal cannot enter the room. Hotels with MUI Halal-certified restaurants. Muslim friendly. So we were very calm to order food at the restaurant. Moreover, the food in this hotel is organic, without MSG. To taste it is somewhat lacking for our tongue. The breakfast menu is varied, there are local and western menus. Just on the first day, I waited a while for the rice and vegetables, because when we came to the restaurant, the rice happened to run out. For access to the room there is no elevator, so we have to go up and down stairs, we happen to invite parents, so it's quite painful. Surrounding the hotel is filled with shady trees and beautiful gardens. Unfortunately the hotel did not fulfill our special request to provide special decorations for our mother's birthday, which happened to be birthdays on the date we stayed.

We stayed for a honeymoon trip. I really like the cool atmosphere because there are lots of trees and really beautiful. One of the hotels with halal certified food. So don't worry. The room is really clean too. And in rich decoration in the photo.
