Pihak guesthouse mengatakan sudah tidak bekerjasama dengan OYO dan traveloka sejak 1 Januari 2024, sehingga kami diminta melakukan pembayaran kembali dan lebih mahal dari yang tertera di aplikasi. Fasilitas sangat buruk dan jauh berbeda dengan yang ada di aplikasi

The bathroom smells, the bathroom door is broken, cleanliness is lacking, the TV only emits sound without a picture, and there are still additional fees due to hotel tax (in my experience, the hotel booking was all inclusive and paid via apps).

The receptionist was not friendly. Entering the room, there was immediate drama because the former guest had not replaced the bed sheets, there was a spill of dirty pillow noodles without a pillowcase. The floor has not been swept. Dirty bathroom. Hot water can't be done. Water is collected in small buckets like kindergarten children. Wes, just staying here once is enough, my body is so tired.

Just closed the OYO, I only stayed one night, the next day I looked for another place even though I had already paid for 2 nights. The dirty bathroom smells of urine and is never cleaned. That's really bad! The application says there is warm water, but apparently there isn't any.

Very bad. Just entering the reception, the service was not intended and it took a long time to put my feet up again, very impolite. When I entered the room, it smelled bad, it was very dirty and itchy all over my body, the bed cover was dirty, there were lots of stains. I swear this new stay I had was very dirty. Think about it if you want to stay here rather than regret it, the service is also not very good. No intention, it's like we just don't pay. There is no friendliness or politeness.👎

Parkir mobil oke, deket keramaian kota cari makan dan lain-lain dekat. Tapi kondisi kamar parah, kasur kotor berdebu, shower kamar mandi gak nyala, flushinh toilet gak bisa. Kotoran gak bersih. Gak ada bak/gayung. Paling parah, booking dan udah bayar pesan kamar standart, pas nyampek sama alasan kamar habis dan suruh ganti kamar deluxe yang lebih mahal. Alasannya sistem padahal h-2 udah booking dan bayar langsung. Gak rekomen sih ini.

The location of the hotel is quite strategic, but the service is very bad. Not friendly, especially when checking in at night the guard is very rude and impolite (middle-aged gentlemen) as if they are not educated. The condition of the room is also not comfortable, especially the many spring beds that come out. And a very pronounced damp smell. The bathroom is bad even though there is very little hot water.

Ranjang tidur tidak bersih. Terdapat noda kotor yang menggangu. Dan ranjang juga terasa belum dibersihkan dari debu dan kotoran halus. Ini yang parah, shower rusak. Air tidak mengalir keluar seperti yang seharusnya. Hanya merembes di selang showernya. Flush di toilet duduknya juga rusak. Tombol flush tidak berfungsi, sehingga harus menyiram secara manual agar kotoran bisa masuk ke dalam. Tidak disediakan sabun, odol, dan sikat gigi. Jadi pastikan bawa sendiri ya. Cukup sekali aja deh. Ga pengen lagi nginap di sini.
