Pleasant hotel, lots of parks and very well maintained. Children are very happy playing with geese that are left free in this hotel. The waiter is friendly and can free herbs when breakfast, delicious. 😊

First time staying here, Alhamdulillah, my family and I are satisfied.
All staff are friendly, supporting facilities at the inn are complete.
The view of the inn is also very soothing to the eyes, both the mountain view and the wide green grass area.
There are 2 things that are lacking in my opinion, first in all the bedrooms there are no door locks (I got inn number C07) & second at breakfast at the restaurant there were no fruits.

(+) Fast check-in process, okay view, nice clean garden, clean swimming pool, friendly staff, clean room, clean bathroom.
(-) Playground near room C30 needs to be renovated because it is no longer usable.
(-) The toaster needs to be replaced, it's broken. After waiting for a long time, the bread didn't toast.
Breakfast on April 8th tasted good but for April 9th it tasted Asiiiiiiin, the porridge soup was salty, fried noodles were salty.

Staying at Hotel & Resort Citra Cikopo was very pleasant. The view was beautiful, the place was clean, and the swimming pool was clean even though it was small. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our family really enjoyed staying there. It’s also a great spot for taking photos and making videos. However, the prayer room (musholla) was small and not very clean.

My experience yesterday with my family, the location is still close, not too high, the environment is child-friendly, coincidentally my 2-year-old child likes to play ball, it fits with the spacious yard, the breakfast menu is delicious, the atmosphere is cool. I'll go there again sometime

The F.O service is very friendly, the room facilities especially for cooking if possible are free for gas, not charged for gas purchases because generally we only stay 1 night, and the price of gas is too expensive 200 thousand / gas. If possible, just provide melon gas, cooking utensils and eating and drinking in the room are not provided, why should you rent with gas? The bed in the room is hard, because it is old, the wooden building is a bit dull, the window cover near the kitchen is already damaged, the atmosphere and facilities are ok. Plus we were allowed to check in early. Thank you
