The staff is very nice, the variety of a breakfast menu are great and tasty.

I booked Monas View room, and I found it memorable. This hotel is really great for transit stay. If you'd bring your big family, I would recommend to look for bigger rooms they could offer. I love the hotel style they offer. They do not provide bottled water, instead, they provide a bottle for you to refill from their water dispenser. Unfortunately, the water dispenser on level 12 floor, had not been refilled until my check out time 🥲. The variety of the breakfast was just outstanding. The staffs quickly remove the unused dishes from your table. Overall, it is 9 out of 10. COOL.

Staffnya ramah, request lantai atas dan dipenuhin. Viewnya bagus. Kamarnya nyaman tp msh belum sound proofing ya. I'm literary can hear the pipes from my next door. Makanannya buffet, tp biasa aja. Dining area kurang luas dan saya kesel hours makan di outdoor krna panas bgt:") Kwetiawnya kebyakan kecap in fact. Small thing but it's annoying since I can't close my ac controller (see picture). But in the other hand, I like the fact that they provide you with small towel for your face or your hand.

Reception very nice and helpful (Harry), all the staff bellboy and front area help you to open the door in and out. Overall I am enjoy to stay in that hotel. Will coming back to stay for near future.
