Good service, friendly staff. There was just a little problem, the TV wouldn't turn on and there were a lot of lipstick marks on the door. There was no wardrobe and blanket.

Staf hotel ga ramah bantuin bawain troly, ngomongnya agak ngegas. Belum sejam cekout dari jam 12 siang masih set1 uda kena denda 15rb, deposit yang transfer dibilangnya jam 3 sore padahal saya cekoutnya jam set1 siang. Ga ada plangnya bikin lama muter-muter nyariin no hotel dah saya lagi pake brace, wcnya yang 1lantai 2 tp yang jalan airnya yang ada shower mandinya cuma 1wc. Gila kapok ga lagi-lagi ke hotel ini.

I got to the 4th floor, with a room that wasn't cleaned and a very dirty toilet. (Maybe the room is rarely used) In the room I found a cockroach. Hopefully it can be further improved.

The mattress is comfortable, the room is clean, the air conditioner is also cold, just very suitable for resting. The bathroom is outside the room, cleanliness is okay, the water from the shower is not strong but still within reasonable limits, you can still take a 9/10 shower.
