I am so flattered by this hotel's excellent service during my trip earlier visiting Malang with my 6 years old daughter for holidays. Our train was arrived at 10.00 am after super tiring 16 hours trip from Jakarta to Malang. Yet the hotel staff was so keen that they trying their best to accommodate our request for early check simply as we were so tired by the previous train trip. Thank you once again for your kindness, on behalf our family, we highly appreciated. The hotel room also great and pretty much spacious. Everything works well, and its near also with Alfamidi and Alfamart and bca atm. In front of this hotel, there's also 24hr drugstore. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to all my families, friends and colleagues when they visiting Malang in the future. Truly best experience.

Very appropriate for the price offered. There is a smoking room, clean rooms, all available and operating well. All employees are very friendly and kind, there was a time when I needed help with personal matters and several employees were ready to help. Furthermore, I even had time to chat with employees & security in the parking lot hehe.. Note: 1. In the room I chose (superior), the position of the bed is near the window and the exit of the room so it is a bit less soundproof. It seems that if the purpose of staying for a honeymoon, it is better to pay attention & ask for the layout of the other rooms first. 2. Bed, pillows (if I'm not mistaken, even sheets & blankets) are Kingkoil brands.. really soft.. sleep is very comfortable hehehe.. thanks De'Boutique Style Hotel :D

De boutique is clean. It's just that there is a room number I forgot the bathroom is a bit smelly and the AC is hot, if you don't get that room overall it's top because of the cleanliness and comfort, especially the king coil bed that makes sleeping more soundly. Yesterday I also asked for permission to check out 10 minutes late and was allowed

Staying here is just for sleeping... There are no entertainment facilities whatsoever, huhu... So it's really good for sleeping... The room is comfortable, spacious, clean, and everything works well... The downside is that the TV doesn't have complete channels and the picture isn't clear. Hopefully there will be other facilities so you don't get bored while staying here.. 😌

The hotel staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful for check In, got a snack gift during the holiday. The room is nice, spacious, clean too. Bringing small children is very comfortable. There is only one thing that needs to be improved a little, the smoking area in front of the room. The smell goes into the room, because I brought small children. For the rest, it's okay. Have stayed here many times.
