The free meal it ' s actually not free for eve one person, it was a gimmick which at the end of it you will have to pay for the meal also. Paying extra for the room key, after the first day the Housekeeping will took it away and pretended that they don't know about the extra key. My advice is don't choose or even stay at this hotel at all. The experience were really horrible and very bad 👎. Choose other Hotel than this would be much much nicer around batam.

Bedsheed have hair, stain & dusty. Floor had hair. Bathroom like never brush, yellowish tick stain on the wall & floor.

The first night AC didn't feel cold, I immediately complained and it was responded to, very responsive, hot water works very well, Most importantly, the staff at this hotel are very polite and friendly. Good Job Guys.

The hotel location is very strategic. If you are facing the entrance door, you can see coffee shop (breakfast is also served there if you get breakfast voucher when booking) on your right side and minimart + laundry on your left side. The minimart is open for 24 hours so you can shop any time of the day. The hotel room is clean and comfortable, but I encounter a unpleasant night on my first night. The aircon doesn't function as it should be. The room is cool but not cool enough for you to sleep using the thick blanket, it 's like you are only using fan in the room not aircon. I moved to another room the next day and I can tell the difference between the previous and recent room. The recent room is much more comfortable. The service and solution from the front desk is also nice. They comply with my particular complaint about the previous room and in the end do offer solution by changing room. They also talk nice and really make you comfortable. Overall, everything is good while living there, no big problem or anything. Sadly I didn't take any picture of the front desk or room.
