Small but comfortable, friendly staff. But no breakfast & parking is difficult. If you get a room on the first floor when the employees gather, it's so noisy that you wake up/can't sleep.

Strategic location, although small but comfortable. Not bad for Bromo transit, but no breakfast facilities. Only if the room is on the 1st floor when the employees gather it is so noisy that it is difficult to sleep/wake up.

For the deluxe room, the room is clean, comfortable, hot water is also safe, access to the room is via elevator, breakfast is also okay, TV is also available although not yet an Android TV, the only minus is the parking lot which has no roof. Overall okay.

Really regret staying here, the room is dirty, the blanket and bedsheet are dirty with stains and spots. The bathroom is very dirty, the toilet is very dirty with crust that has not been cleaned. The walls are dirty, lots of footprints. The floor is very dirty, the hallways on each floor are also dirty. Wanted to move rooms because it was full, even though there were only employee motorbikes in the parking lot.

It's better to book a double deluxe room here, not a business room. The room is damp and gives a gloomy impression. Maybe because the floor is covered in wallpaper and the bathroom has long needed to be replaced/renovated. The vibes are lacking, huh?

The room is clean, although not all are new but clean and tidy, although the TV doesn't have Netflix or others but the channels are complete so it's not boring. The most important thing is the AC is cold (it's so cold that I have a cold), the bathroom is spacious and clean, the water heater also works well. The staff is also friendly, next time I go to Malang again I will stay here

Very comfortable, got a room with a window facing the street, and if you want to look for food, there are culinary places in front of the hotel, there is also an Indomaret. Overall, it's great, with an affordable price, the hotel is very satisfying.
