Dirty bed sheets, dirty room, dirty bathroom, the table in the room has a lot of cigarette burns, the worst thing is the cockroaches where you have to buy bayon at night and then a lot of cockroaches come out (more at 15). sorry it's dirty.

So far, the service at the hotel has been very satisfying. However, there is 1 big dark-skinned male officer whose position is a receptionist who is very ridiculous! Ridiculous in the sense that he raises the price not according to the listed rate. It is hoped that the hotel can reprimand the officer. This is not the first time I have found a violation like this. Little food, not many choices, dirty rooms and bathrooms. There are no slippers in the room, you have to ask first in the lobby. The AC is also slow to cool.

It's just expensive, 1. The price is quite high, I chose it because people said "there's a price and there's quality" but it turns out it's cheap. 2. This is in Abepura, I thought it was Front One in Jayapura. So it's still far from Jayapura city. 3. Get an Executive Room with no windows at all. 4. The water is small and not heavy. 5. The bathroom is dirty, just look at the photos. 6. The paint is not neat, I would rather call it a guesthouse than a hotel. 7. Breakfast at 7 o'clock is not ready. 8. The breakfast menu is also not varied and there are very few choices, not even chicken or fish. I stayed at a rate of 800 thousand + there are lots of better choices at a rate of 500 in other hotels. The only plus is that you can check in early. Thanks, fix the price, it's expensive for facilities like this.

The AC is not cold at all. So please pay attention to every room furnishing in the hotel. Because people staying in hotels need comfort, they don't want to be hot like now. The receptionist's response was to wait for people to complain before they wanted to move. The response also said that the AC was really cold like that. Regret staying here, got a room in the basement where the floor was dirty, smelled like a warehouse, the bathroom was full of moss, the air conditioner smelled, the mattress was worn out, the sheets were dirty, the water couldn't get hot, it was hard to park the vehicle.
