The reception staff is friendly and very helpful. The room is clean, the AC is very cold, the wifi is great and the water is okay. Access to Gedung Sate, SKT house, Indomart is close.

The location is very strategic, TV channel has many option. An old hotel type (bathroom bit smelly and the curtain dirty, old towel, no liquid bodywash and shampoo), asking for hairdryer but they can't provide.

The bathroom and bedroom roofs need to be repaired, which have lots of water seepage and are damp, the bathroom door and entrance door are difficult to close tightly, the wifi doesn't work, and the bed sheets smell damp, good service and a strategic location are the advantages of this hotel.

The location is strategic, the PRICE is not too expensive. Just according to the description, parking is limited because it has to be shared with the cafe, and when I stayed yesterday the water heater didn't work, so I took a cold shower 🥶

The breakfast is not varied. At 8 o'clock, the side dishes were finished and we were asked to wait because they were still being cooked. In addition, the visitor toilets were not clean, there were no tissues, no hand soap and the cubicle I used had no lock. Needs to be improved.

For the strategic location, the room is more like a boarding house in my opinion, then the room is quite far and quiet, meaning it's also scary because there are pictures of Balinese dancers, the room smells of cigarettes, the water is small, the floor is dirty, the shower doesn't work anymore while holding the tap when taking a shower because it's already loose. The service is also lacking, no smiles, no help either.
