We went there for a staycation. We love the room and the facilities. The facilities are just as advertised. The view is also nice. Great wifi connection too. Location is important because this apartment located nearby great PIK culinary spots. Host and staffs are very friendly, also fast response. We are very satisfied with all the experience in this place.

I am very disappointed staying here, the 2 million deposit was forfeited because I didn't take a photo when picking up the key. Initially I ordered a 3 bedroom, then in the chat because there was a system error it was changed to a 2 bedroom & studio, I had no problem. A small problem like that, the deposit was forfeited, it's really outrageous.

Have to deposit 500 thousand and it will not be returned when checking out, noisy AC, hot water doesn't work, check out at 11 am check in at 2 am, complicated procedures

Horrible, horrible experience. Expect the guy named Avy to collect deposit from you with THOUSANDS of RULES that do not make any sense. Once you “break” the rules, and by break here i mean do what humans NORMALLY do at a hotel, your deposit will be deducted without consent.
You find a cheap listing like Bahama, expect to pay more because of the deposit cut (again, without ur consent). You may argue with Avy, you may ask him to visit the hotel to prove - no reply.
Disgusting behaviour and scam from such prestigious location. See pictures of the “RULES” that they created to intentionally trap u into paying more.
I hope traveloka deduct the score coz this listing truly doesnt deserve 8.4 score 🤮🤮🤮 even better, do not allow Bahama to rent out its room.

Complicated, the matter of not washing the spoon is considered missing 1 pair of spoons, the reason is that it has been thrown away by the cleaning department. Even though the position of the trash is inside. The sink. It takes too long to take the deposit because it counts working days. If it is Saturday or Sunday it becomes 4 longer.

If you want to stay here. We have to be sparkling clean without any blemishes. No acne is allowed either. Even if the towel gets lipstick on it, there will be a fine. If it gets a little dirty, the deposit money won't be returned. Rather than being asked to pay a lot of frills. It's better to find another room. I swear! The worst! Not blessed!

Scam! Never stay here, especially if you got the 31F unit Honolulu Tower, just cancel if you got the unit. They might charge for little spot on the bed and towel that you even did not check earlier. They have very strict check in-check out time, and will charge even you are only 5 minutes late. They charge me 75k for a small defect on their acrylic which only cost around 10k if you check online. The staff is not nice at all. It took 2 working days to get your deposit back. The room was not clean at all, when I came there is a debris of dust and food on the floor and on the couch, and we have to clean for it. The bathroom is smelly and slippery. Never booked here folks.

If I say don't check here, I already deposited 500,000, it was returned 2 days after checkout, so you have to check out at 11, after 11 you have to charge. It's like a luxury hotel, it's not that bad.

Never rent this apartment. This owner is 15F. Charged me 300 thousand because of this single spot. I feel very wronged. I ordered via Traveloka, at the beginning there were no rules like this, it's not that I deliberately stained your bed cover. I didn't even check whether the stain appeared before or after. If I have ordered Traveloka, new regulations will appear that I have to obey, whether I like it or not. I won't rent your apartment! Why don't you check the cleanliness of the floor, of course there are footprints and dust. A stain like that doesn't deserve my money to be immediately debited with 300 thousand. Never again goldcoast Bahama tower 15F. Don't want even a speck of dust or dirt, perhaps you shouldn't rent it to someone. It's not a torn or damaged story anymore. Or even ink stains on one bed. Ridiculous. Friends, this is an expensive lesson for me to share, don't let it happen to you again. Sorry, if the husband and wife rent it, they have to take care of the bedcover. Mistakes can result in fines, so it's not worth renting out. Thanks
