I've been here 3 years ago, the condition is better, proof that it's been well maintained. the location is very beautiful, the wife and children are very happy, the staff are very friendly, the facilities are all very good and functioning. five stars in short.

The staff is friendly and does a good job. However, the room and bathroom desperately need maintenance, was full of flies, and generally the hotel is hugely overpriced for what you get.

The hotel's water play facilities are complete and cheap, but the rooms should have been upgraded because they are very old-fashioned, the lights are also dim, apart from the rooms which are really lacking, this is a recommended place for a complete vacation without having to go anywhere else because everything is already there.

A vacation with the kids is perfect, the check-in and check-out process is easy, we took the Haringin villa, right in front of the room is the swimming pool.. walk a little to the side and you have a view of the beach.. cool..

The place is nice, the atmosphere is actually comfortable but when I stayed at the villa it was quiet, there were no other guests even though in the application there was one room left for that day.

Spacious and beautiful resort with sea view and access pool in front of the room. Too bad the room is very dirty, there are geckos & various insects, with a price of +/- 1.4 million it is very-very not comparable, thank you the sheets and blankets were replaced with new ones after waiting quite a long time, the floor was swept and mopped carelessly after we complained, finally we swept and mopped it ourselves up to 3 times to make it comfortable, the furniture was dirty and dusty, the bed was damaged, there were parts that were exposed with nails sticking out so it was dangerous for toddlers 😞. Hopefully restoration because of the strategic location. We asked for insect repellent & air freshener, only given hit. The insects were completely gone after being sprayed several times so we had to leave the room first.

Even though now the food isn't heavy at the buffet anymore, there's only 1 tree swing left, the price of the food has gone up😌. But it's still impressive, in my opinion, a child-friendly hotel in Lampung🥰

The resort villa rooms have never been retouched or upgraded since the early 2000s. Everything is worn out along with the age of the building. Not worth it to stay here.

Ordered dinner at a restaurant for almost an hour but didn't arrive, so just left, finally came in for pop noodles, the hotel and facilities and so on needed to be renovated, considering its age.
