I ordered family room which contains 3 single bed. The room is clean and comfort enough. The facilities in the room were complete. I love the breakfast that they are served, it has various menus and it has good taste. Also, The staff over there is friendly. Grand HAP maybe is not a big hotel but the facilities is very complete, there are swimming pool, fitness center and spa. I would stay in Grand HAP if I visit solo again.

Grand HAP is located in the middle of the city. So it is easy to go everywhere. The room also big enough for family as we booked a room with 3 single beds. One thing should be maintained is about the cleanliness. The room and the toilet weren't cleaned enough. There were hair everywhere and dirt. The other are good.

This room is impeccable for the price. My only complaint is the rather exposed power plug on the bathroom (which was fixed after we requested it).

The location was strategic in middle of town and many culinary spot. I chose this hotel because the three bed room was affordable. Check in/out process is easy, and surprisingly the food quite variated considering the price of breakfast is cheap. Recommended for transit.

Pengalaman yang menyenangkan. Lokasi sangat strategis di jalan utama. Kuliner pun dekat ada warung tenda biru. Sangat baik untuk transit. Yang bisa ditingkatkan kebersihan toilet dan tipe bantal.
