I ordered family room which contains 3 single bed. The room is clean and comfort enough. The facilities in the room were complete. I love the breakfast that they are served, it has various menus and it has good taste. Also, The staff over there is friendly. Grand HAP maybe is not a big hotel but the facilities is very complete, there are swimming pool, fitness center and spa. I would stay in Grand HAP if I visit solo again.

First time staying at Grand hap hotel. My first impression, arriving at the lobby was greeted with friendly service and a clean environment. The room was also clean and comfortable. Although there was a problem with the AC, the staff was responsive and repairs were carried out quickly. The food at breakfast provided for customers was also delicious and satisfying. Overall, a recommended place to spend your time for vacation 👍🏻 5⭐

Standard plus experience with family at this hotel with a quite satisfying breakfast menu (sahur), a room size that is just right for a married couple, and a check-in-out service that is not rigid. Maybe next time we will try to enjoy the semi-private terrace on the ground floor while having coffee

Just arrived at 12 o'clock and was allowed to check in first and even upgraded to a big bed. Overall, the service is top, nothing is lacking, the only thing lacking is the really slow wifi.

All the staff were very friendly. The hotel is located near to malls and city center with good surroundings. The breakfast has variety and got updated daily.
However, the room I got was kinda disappointing. It got a musty smell to it and the bedsheet kinda makes my skin itchy. Although the shower is quite spacious, the toilet is quite slow in refilling the water after flushing.
I wanted to try swimming but when I got there, the swimming pool was being drained to be cleaned for a whole day. The pool itself is indoor and quite small.
