For a 5-star hotel, the breakfast menu is really bad and there's too lack of menu, too standard. I've stayed at many 5-star hotels, and to be honest this is the worst breakfast menu for a 5-star hotel that I've ever tried.

The location is in the middle of the city, 1 building with Pekanbaru Mall, around there are many culinary places and you can get free breakfast too and there is also a swimming pool so those who bring children can also enjoy taking them swimming. so far so good

All staff are friendly. For hotel facilities, the rules are very strict. Gym must wear shoes. Swimming must wear a swimsuit. Check-in takes a long time, up to 1 hour or more waiting for a room. The cleanliness of the bathroom is very bad, it's crusty. The cleanliness of the sauna and swimming pool is also bad, it's mossy. Breakfast chicken porridge is very salty.
