It's a bit complicated to go up and down, because you don't get an access card. So you have to wait for the staff to take your turn. Luckily the staff are friendly and quick to respond via WA. The room facilities are good, only there are baby cockroaches that appear from who knows where, the toilet is also loose, when you sit down it slides, until you want to fall over, maybe you can double check before renting it.

Very disappointing. The team on duty is irresponsible. I was not given care access with the excuse of a system error so I had to find care access myself to other guests. Meanwhile, the owner of the apartment was still sleeping.

for check-in I waited a long time, with the excuse of filling drinking water, even though I had WA 1 hour before and was on my way, the staff was friendly to take me to the room, entered the room super clean fragrant even the floor was still wet like it had just been mopped. unfortunately the facilities are not good, the hot water doesn't turn on, the toilet has to wait a long time before it can flash again, the wifi is fast, but Netflix is disrupted, I can only watch YouTube. The AC is cold, the sheets and towels are clean, the refrigerator and stove are safe.
the facilities should be improved and be friendlier if customers ask. I asked because I didn't want to damage the existing facilities. instead I was asked back what I pressed earlier.

Clean room. Cooking utensils such as stove and pan are available (there are plates + spoons). There is also a 2-door refrigerator, smart TV (can Netflix), sofa + pillows in front of the TV so you can Netflix. The bathroom is equipped with soap / shampoo in bottles, toothbrush + toothpaste, bath sponge. Unfortunately, you only get one towel, but no problem. Highly recommend staying here. In my opinion, staying at the Grand Kumala Lagon is quite comfortable. In terms of strategic location, the location is also in a mall. For food and other needs, it is quite adequate.
