We really enjoyed our stay at their suite. Super spacious and clean. All the staffs were so helpful and kind. We had our breakfast prepared to go since we had to leave so early in the morning. We will take the hotel as our first choice when we come back to Tasikmalaya again.

Booked for 2 nights and decided to extend for another night. Went out, when I'm back the key didn't work, check with front office and she said I supposed to update the key but nobody say anything the morning I did the extension. Figured out they also take out the extra bed from my room simply because I haven't paid for the extra bed (I paid all the room costs). My luggage and other stuff still in the room yet they decided to take out the extra bed. Made complaint to one if the staff but nobody give me explanation. Very insulting!

The hotel need to do some improvements of:- parking area.- lobby area.- room interior quality and finishing.- breakfast and restaurant quality. I think 4 stars hotel rating need to be reviewed and retained, for now on 3 stars more appropiate. What good about the hotel is the helpful and friendly staff
