Fast Wi-Fi facilities are also very helpful, especially for me who needs to stay connected with work even while on vacation. The location is very good in the middle of Tasikmalaya City, those who want to go to Unsil are suitable to stay here.. If you want to go to the mall, it's also close, if you want to go culinary, just leave the hotel, there are lots of culinary places on the right and left.. For the restaurant, maybe the taste can be improved again, and the design or layout may also need to be changed so that it is not too monotonous.. Overall, it's okay to stay here..

Check in at 9pm, I was tired from being out of town, the electricity in the room was dead, it only came back on at 11pm, the food menu had few varieties, and many were sold out.

Highly recommended to stay here with family. I think the price is really worth it with such cool facilities.

claimed this is 4 star hotel but it doesnt show this is a 4 star hotel. lobby looks great but public area like swimming pool and breakfast area do not showing if this is 4 star hotel. i got booked this hotel by Traveloka for bed type double/king size and non smoking room. I had put this special request my booking in traveloka. when I checked in, i got twin bed and smoking room. they cannot help me to fulfill my request because i checked in 8pm and this was the last room they have at the day. i dont why they could not prepare my order before i came in to their hotel even though i have paid for it. thier reason because the notes that i put in above was not delivered to them and accepted the order from Agoda instead of Traveloka. The lobby in the floor i stayed smelt of cigarette smoke very strong. The staff starting from Resepcionist until security seems not training as 4 star hotel staff and seems they do nt care about customer satisfaction lastly, the menu breakfast is not much vary and the taste bland. hope this hotel can improve all the aspect for customer satisfaction.

the location is really good this hotel. the room design is also good. breakfast, no problem, suits Javanese tongue 😅. the downside: ordered a non-smoking room, eh given a smoking room, as a result we were out of breath for a few hours at the beginning; unlucky to get basement parking, go up there by stairs, no elevator, it's complicated cui lifting quite big suitcases.

The staff at check in were friendly. The hotel lobby is nice. Asked for a non-smoking room but the room smelled of cigarette smoke and felt stuffy. There were some pencil marks in the room. Then the cleanliness of the sheets was not very clean. The room atmosphere should be updated to be more instagrammable. The size of the room is already OK. The refrigerator in the room did not work, it was not cold at all. Then the cleanliness of the restaurant should be given more attention. The restaurant concept should be changed. Because currently it looks very old-fashioned. Sorry, this tip is too long. Hopefully it can be better. Because considering this is a 4 star.
