The facilities are ok, the service is also ok, but what is unfortunate is the cleanliness of the room, the sheets, blankets, pillow cases are dirty and smell a bit musty, and there are still lots of cockroaches passing by in the room.

This hotel is actually comfortable for resting and vacationing with family, the hotel area is spacious and the swimming pool is large. But it just lacks maintenance.
Disadvantages:
- The mattress sank
- The condition of the bedroom and bathroom is not clean
- The pillows smell a bit musty
- The AC is not cold enough
- Breakfast at 8 am has been finished
Hotel staff Pak Ruli was very helpful when we asked to change the sheets and pillow cases and clean the bedroom floor.
Advantages:
- Spacious room
- Large swimming pool size and there is a Jacuzzi

The staff is friendly, the room is clean, complete without any fuss about asking the staff. Sugar, coffee, tea, mineral water, soap, toothbrush, towel, bath mat are all provided in the room. There is no vehicle noise, it is very comfortable.

Need renovation in some parts of the bedroom and bathroom
Breakfast needs to improve the taste and stock of food during high season because it runs out at 8 am.
Staff Mr. Ruli was very helpful when we asked to change the sheets and clean the room floor.

Many of the ceramics outside the jacuzzi pool are broken and not tight. Please fix them. It's very dangerous. My child had an accident and his leg was bleeding. Be careful.

Booked a room here without checking the reviews first because it was impromptu, when I went there the access was quite up and down, and I read reviews after that.. a bit worried because the reviews were mostly bad..
When I went there, the road was scary because there was a kind of abandoned waterboom and trees.. but, when I turned towards the hotel it wasn't that scary.. then, I went in and it turned out the hotel wasn't bad.. the view was beautiful —
Entering the room, the room was also spacious, cool, and comfortable.. the downside was that there were no windows so I felt a bit confined, and the wifi and TV were broken and the access at night was scary so we really just stayed at the hotel.. the male receptionist who was on duty at night was friendly..
A bit sad because the food was delivered to the room and was only fried rice and water and fruit, but it was understandable because maybe there were only a few people coming to the hotel that day..
Overall it was quite comfortable, although it did feel a bit scary because it seemed like the hotel was in a remote area & was quite old..

The pillow cases smell musty as if they haven't been changed, there's cat droppings on the terrace/balcony of the upper room, there's spider webs on the walls, and the AC is manual and set on a timer to turn off every few minutes (can't be set to off) it's hot and not comfortable

Third time staying here because my child likes the soccer field and swimming pool. The room is spacious, coincidentally booked one facing the field, nice view and there is a balcony. Breakfast is varied and quite tasty. Accents everywhere are easy. Unfortunately there are several things that must be considered if you still hope for guests to return.
1. Towels and mats are not available. So asked for them first and then delivered. Maybe because of the Eid holiday so it was a mess, but towels and so on are indeed very standard and must be available upon check-in.
2. Tea, coffee, sugar were also not available until the 2nd day of our stay
3. The sheets are not very clean
4. The curtains are very dirty
5. The bathroom is not very clean, the floor is slippery, the walls need to be brushed
6. The corridor to the room is not very clean
7. The lights in the lobby are too dim
that's my review. hopefully it will be better in the future.

The dirty room floor has not been swept. The bathroom has many dripping leaks from the floor above. Sugar, tea, coffee are not available when entering the room, there is no room phone. There is no hot water in the shower.
