It is very unfortunate that this hotel is not well maintained, the room telephone is not available so that rest is disturbed by the sound of the wake-up service for sahur and the bathroom is quite scary, the glass is blurry and not maintained, the bathroom door is broken & the shower faucet does not function properly. Hopefully in the future there will be development and renovation so that it can be recommended as a favorite place to stay, especially since the view is good, right next to Lembah Permai Park and the hills, overall this hotel is good enough to compete with facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, ballroom which are quite supportive.

Please change rooms up to 3x. If it's not ready, don't give it to the customer. The pillow hasn't been given a cover yet, I don't know where I put the bed cover. AC is off. Uh, in the last room the balcony door handle came off. For 600 thousand a night, it's not worth it to me. Where is the sink going to fall?
