So far so good. I checked in one day before Nyepi Day, the room was clean, but the curtain looked dirty, and there's a lizard in my room 😠I really hate it. And when on Nyepi Day I can't order in-room dining menu for breaking fast because it's closed, but they didn't announce it before.

The staff is friendly, for the hotel category in Nusa Dua, Grand Whiz is not kidding, it is still very pocket-friendly, the atmosphere is calm, comfortable, and exclusive.
There are many choices of breakfast food and the variety of food in the restaurant is diverse and delicious and once again pocket-friendly

I ordered 3 variants of Rice Bowl for dinner in the room, all the rice bowls served were partly undercooked. Twice for breakfast, the same officer at the egg station should be friendlier. The first day breakfast was still provided with a coffee machine. But it was no longer there on the second day.

Second time staying here. So a good choice to bring children. Unfortunately when staying there it rained so could not go to the beach as usual in the morning.
The room is clean, comfortable. There is a balcony or in the restaurant for a smoking area. The beach is close for fishing or playing sand for children. Affordable price for this area. All staff are professional, none of them are local racists (like some places in Bali regardless of the number of stars). The food tastes good both buffet and restaurant. Appreciation to all staff for their service. Next will definitely be a favorite place if you go to Nusa Dua. Thank you
