I spend 4 nights here, and this hotel is the first when I am thinking of Makassar airport, its less than 20 minutes from Makassar airport. the room is comfy, staff is very friendly and nice, good breakfast.

King bed was great and supportive. They only had a smoking room for us for the first night but the room smelled lovely, of lemongrass.

Towel always clean and white 👍🏻, breakfast alway tasty and a lot variation. Room also clean and no smell. No complain.

Stay 1 day transit, continue flight next day. The food need more flavor, except you use chili sauce. The check in process was too long.

-Avoid room 539-standard/superior (poor cleaning, facing factory, warm)! -Standard rooms: facing west and facing the back of the hotel: hot in the afternoon. These rooms also face a factory! I checked in on Sunday, and specifically requested a room that is quiet. When I entered the room, the first thing I heard was blasting loud music from the factory. After reporting it to the front desk, they said it 's out of their control because the music comes from the factory. I wished they offered a room facing the other way, without us having to beg. The manager finally gave a room facing front. Pro: bed is comfortable (Serta brand), super clean towels, large rooms. I hope the hotel gives more care to the standard/superior rooms. Thank you.
