Hotel staff is very friendly,
The room is clean & the AC is very cold
Breakfast because it is fasting month is delivered to the room and we take away to eat at the airport.
The hotel is in the city center so it is close to walking everywhere.
There is also a culinary event in front of the hotel so it is exciting there is live music every day :)

This is my 3rd stay here. And now I'm curious to see the superior type of this hotel, it turns out it's really beyond my expectations. The condition of the room is like this, the walls are damp, the TV area is damp and dirty, the bathroom is flooded, the towels smell all the time, the TV channels are the same, from my experience, try to fix the TV channels, they're always the same, and they're not really fixed, and hopefully the food will be more varied after staying here for the 3rd time. Oh dear, if the price offered with the condition of the room is like this, it's a shame that the wifi is also slow, the 3rd floor is scary and very quiet. Hopefully the management of this hotel will be included, it's a shame that the location is already very good, just need to improve the hotel.

Havana is the main destination hotel when I stay, because it's really good. The room is cold, good, sleep well, I just want to suggest asking for sandals for the room and the towel if it's a bit yellow, don't use it anymore, yes, it's on the bottom floor because you can hear the activities outside the room, if the 2nd floor is soundproof 🙏

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. This is the 2nd time. I got a room with damaged walls. The cleanliness is not good. There is not much choice of towels. The TV channels are yellow. They just need to be fixed. It is not worth the price, but the facilities are low and the wifi is very slow.
