The female staff was so unfriendly to remind us about additional fee for extra bed. Even though I already explained that not all of us will stay the night. When I went back after going out for dinner. Again they chased me for extra bed. Well it's only 100k but they way they kept asking about it is so annoying. Then when I complained about how the refrigerator and cable port didn't work, they took so long to handle and it ended with no solvency. Like come on, you're so into getting additional money, but whenccustomer complained, you acted so ignorant.

A very satisfying holiday experience staycation here, the room is very spacious, there is a mini refrigerator, 3 sofas, a large mattress, hot water, affordable prices, there is a swimming pool, my children and I are very satisfied staying cation here.

Just stayed here for the first time, friendly service, morning "was given breakfast of fried bananas with warm sweet tea, checked in at half past 6 pm, the intention of the night was to just want to swim, offered by the hotel staff if you want to swim, towels will be provided instead, but it didn't happen, because at night my friend and I wanted to go to Cilandak Square, next time will stay here again. Anyway, if you want to come here, prepare toothpaste and toothbrush, because the hotel is not provided. Complete facilities, there is a refrigerator, shampoo, soap, towels. Thank you for those of you who chased us away when it was raining. You know, sir, it's time to check out. But when he asked for a waiting room to wait for the rain he said there was none. They even said "then if it rains until late at night I want to wait until the evening" even though the other services are good. There is also morning tea even if you order without breakfast. The intention is to recommend it to others, but it's not with the service of the first father, it makes me very upset with a bad attitude.

Clean rooms, cold air conditioning, comfortable place, it's just a bit troublesome to park motorbikes through the back door and have to tell the guard if you want to go in and out and it's very close to Citos and the swimming pool is very minimalist hehehe.

Just found out there is a guest house in the city of Jakarta as comfortable as this. Comfortable place with lots of trees, clean spacious rooms, good hot cold water, complete, complete room facilities. Afternoon tea and snacks. In the morning too, the swimming pool is clean. Recommended star

Penginapan sangat nyaman air panas ada AC dingin kolam renang ada dapat harga flash sale jadi lumayan worth it minus parkir mobil di pinggir jalan dan banyak nyamuk pagi dikasih sarapan pisang goreng dan teh manis panas mantap lah welcome banget berasa homey.

Kali ini ok banget,halaman nya adem,ada pohon² tp klu lama² di luar banyak nyamuk, lokasi jauh dari keramayan, kamar bersih rapi wangi,lemari baju,meja² kecil dg banyak laci, ada bantal cadangan juga,tisu toilet & kotak di meja,tv gede,ac dingin,kulkas kecol baru d nyalain belum tahu dingin banget atu gk,ada sabun sampo no sikat & pasta gigi,ada air mineral,bisa minta air di panas, kolam renang,bisa berenang,kolamnya bersih tp sayang nya tidak bisa berenang, karena pas dateng udah sore dan cape abis perjalanan,mana keujanan jadi badan anget. dari 1-10 dapat 9 👍

I didn't see the swimming pool he said it was next to it, the room was spacious but when I entered the room smells rarely used, cool because there are big trees but if there are lots of mosquitoes outside ... no hot water kettle, no coffee tea, nothing spoon, no toothpaste toothbrush, there is shampoo and hand washing soap, the refrigerator is not too cold, the front room gets small but the TV is small, ask for hot water first, the thermos water is not hot.
