From the beginning of parking, the security was friendly and helped find parking, entering to check in and the reservation was easy and fast. Continued to enter the room was nice, clean and the bathroom was also ok.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The service was great, and the best hotel so far in the area near Pramuka Street. The rooms were comfortable.

Extend again because there are still needs near the hotel... Moved to a room on the 2nd floor, because the previous room was not comfortable.. Initially, I was quite happy because there was no problem with the TV and the AC was quite cold compared to the previous room... But it turned out that the happiness was only for a moment because around the afternoon until night, the water heater in the bathroom did not work even though the conditions outside were cold because of the heavy rain.. During breakfast, I met Mr. Anwar again, maybe because he saw me wearing a mask so he asked how I was, when I informed him that I was sick, he gave me warm lemon tea.. Thank you very much for the friendliness and kindness of Mr. Anwar 🙏🏻 Thank you also to Chef Rizal, the breakfast menu is very delicious 👍

2 nights in room 529, the AC was not really cold until my child had difficulty sleeping at night because it was a bit hot.. The TV also had problems until I called a technician 2 times, the TV at night automatically turned on by itself approximately every 1 hour and sometimes 10 minutes automatically turned on by itself until it disturbed my sleep, I had to unplug the back cable at night when I wanted to sleep... On the 2nd day, I rarely got a body towel that was not suitable (the edges of the towel were already frayed).. Stayed during the Eid holiday, it was quite crowded, even the guests in the next room were chatting and when I rested at night, my child and I were often surprised because we heard guests around the room coming in and out by closing the door very loudly... In the morning at breakfast, I met Mr. Anwar, he was always friendly and also alert to find a table when my child and I couldn't find a place to sit when we wanted to have breakfast..

Very comfortable room, bed, pillows to bathroom equipment. Breakfast variations are also very much. Service is also good.

I have stayed at 3 holiday inns in Jakarta several times, but the holiday inn in Matraman is the one I find most enjoyable.. Thank you to Ms. Endah who gave me a late check-in even though I extended it for 3 days.. Thank you also to Mr. Anwar who gave my child cereal + milk during sahur, even though the menu was not available at the buffet.. They were both very friendly to me and my child 🙏🏻
